Description of membership information

Orders By Mail.- All certified check and money order payments should receive their membership information sent to their email address within 3-5 days when payment is received.  All personal checks will be held for clearance before sending access.  A valid e-mail address is required for us to send the membership information.  If an e-mail address is not provided or is invalid, we will make every attempt to send you your access information through the US Mail.

Please only submit a claim if you truly used our system and did not get any results with our program.
